Recognized by James Beard Foundation as a "Who's Who of Food & Beverage" inductee and Best Chef: California, Michael Mina has received top accolades in the culinary world, including a Michelin star at MICHAEL MINA, Gayot’s Restaurateur of the Year, and Bon Appétit’s Chef of the Year.

Chef Michael Anthony’s dinner will be paired with The Mascot, a Harlan family wine made from the younger vines of Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory in the hillside of Napa Valley. Drawing fruit from recently replanted blocks within the vineyards, The Mascot reveals its distinguished pedigree while offering insight into the evolution of its parent properties—a youthful promise of their future.

The evening's festivities will include Q&A with Chef Michael Anthony, moderated by special guest and James Beard Foundation President & COO Kristopher Moon.

Chef Rob and Chef Michael’s dishes will be perfectly paired with wines from Memento Mori, a celebrated limited-production wine brand from Napa Valley. The project was founded in 2010 by three childhood friends, Hayes Drumwright, Adriel Lares and Adam Craun, who have committed themselves to crafting sophisticated wines of tremendous balance, honesty and profundity.

The dinner will feature wines from Napa Valley’s historic Spottswoode Estate Vineyard & Winery, stewarded by the Novak family since 1972 and farmed organically since 1985. President & CEO Beth Novak will join Nancy, a long-time friend, in pairing elegant wines that authentically speak to their time and place.
