Valentine's Dinner at Aveo Table + Bar

Celebrate your sweetheart with a romantic sunset dinner at AVEO Table + Bar on Friday, February 14 or Saturday, February 15. Chef Nicole Encarnacion is preparing a specialty Valentine's dinner menu showcasing a seasonal bounty in dishes such as a special oyster & scallop curd with citrus marinade, cabernet poached pear salad with gorgonzola and blood orange, crispy skinned sea bass with tomato garlic caper sauce, achiote pan-roasted chicken with clementine tomatillo sauce and mole blanca, and a New York steak with Okinawa potato purée, white asparagus, and hibiscus demi. Dine on the heated patio of AVEO, overlooking the resort grounds and Pacific beyond, and enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fireplace, or dine in the stylish dining room with floor to ceiling windows.
