Showcasing the Café Peruvian with Capurro Pisco

We're raising a glass to women's history with this month's featured cocktail, the Café Peruvian, offering a Latin twist on the traditional Espresso Martini. Made with Capurro Pisco—one of the few family-owned Piscos—this brand is led by Eduardo and the Castro Capurro family. Eduardo's eldest granddaughter Romina Puente-Arnao is responsible for importing it the US, and without her, it would have never been sold in the US. Celebrate with us and order this cocktail next time you dine.
